TRANSFORMERS

Thanks to know-how developed in almost 60 years in business, we manufacture transformers for all applications (aeronautical, military, naval, railway, industrial, etc.), for small or large orders and to very high quality standards. We are able to design according to customer requirements or work to specification. We manufacture all the main types of transformers (resin, toroidal, ferrite etc.). Rapid production of samples/prototypes.

INDUCTORS

We specialise in manufacturing all types of chokes with very flexible order management in small, medium or large batches. Optional total product customisation. Rapid production of samples/prototypes.

COILS AND EQUIPMENT

We design and manufacture coils or electrotechnical equipment according to specific customer requirements, including on specially-designed and manufactured substrates (i.e. with 3D printing).

Lear has been manufacturing electrotechnical equipment, transformers, inductors and general windings for almost sixty years, with significant and uninterrupted experience in the manufacture of power transformers ranging from 1 VA to 150 KVA. Our company policy pursues continuous improvement through a constant focus on the customer and their needs through the use of top-quality raw materials and, finally, through constant improvement of internal knowledge and skills. A significant part of our production has always been dedicated to the manufacture of products for the aeronautical (for which we have obtained EN 9100:2018 and EN 9120:2018 quality certifications) and naval sectors.
